France and Croatia have announced the teams that will compete in the Davis Cup in 2018 with the BNP Paribas final, which will take place from 23 to 25 November at the Stade Pierre Mauroy in Lille, France.

France will return to a family environment after the Francaise Tennis Federation (FFT) announced the 2018 Davis Cup of BNP Paribas Final against Croatia to be played on a clay court at the Stade Pierre Mauroy from November 23 to 25.

It will be the third time in five years that Lille hosts the Davis Cup final with France falling to Switzerland in 2014 before defeating Belgium to claim the historic trophy in 2017.

With France on one of their favorite surfaces for the end of this year, one thing is for sure: you can expect a lot of people for the final draw of Yannick Noah in charge of Les Bleus.

In 2014, a record 27,448 fans watched Roger Federer lift the Davis Cup title, the biggest crowd to watch a tennis match.

And last year, more than 24,000 fans watched France lift the Davis Cup trophy for the first time in nearly two decades.

This will be the third match between France and Croatia, where the home team will prevail in their two previous meetings.

France won a first-round clash of the 2004 World Group in Metz 4-1, but Croatia got a 3-2 victory in the semi-finals two years ago, when Marin Cilic won two individual goals and joined Ivan Dodig for a win in double.

Ticket information will be announced by the FFT on Tuesday, September 25.

The Davis Cup 2018 is the 107th edition of the Davis Cup, a tournament between national men’s tennis teams. It is sponsored by BNP Paribas.  In 2018, new rules were introduced for the zonal events of Groups I and II, and the ties were played as sets to the best of three over the course of two days.
